HOME// Scrapbook Layout

Happy Easter at Home! Easter was a little different this year.  We all spent Easter at home due to this crazy pandemic occurring in our world.  It may be different but none the less, special for our little one.  We still managed to have a fun easter egg hunt in our backyard and captured a beautiful photo worth a scrapbook layout.

I am using a cut file from Paige Evans she offered for free in her scrapbook group on FB.  I used a 'Easter' paper pad from Michaels for entire layout.

I used punches and fussy cut out all the embellishments from different cut apart papers in the collection.

I love the epoxy flair I received to embellish with from Scrappin Happy Studio.  I used three different flairs in three of the clusters.

I love all the different elements about easter for this layout all from one paper pad.

Here is my process video linked below for your viewing pleasure.

Quarantine// Scrapbook Layout

Hello my scrapbook friends!  How is everyone doing during this Quarantine time in our lives.  I trust everyone is healthy and safe.  I used this large cut file from Paige Evans on lavender card stock.

The patterned paper is from a paper pad from Michaels 'Hot Buys' called Fabulousness.  Its colors include purples, magenta, pink and orange.  I think these colors are amazing together.

The photo is of Valentina and I in my craft room painting and stuff and I quickly took a selfie of us.  We've been hanging out in our comfy jimmies everyday too.

The flowers were cut out of patterned paper in the pad and i used a circle punch for the other embellishment featured.

Finished off with gold color shine from Heidi Swapp and a few gold hearts scattered around.

My process video is linked below.

Fun Memories// 12x12 Scrapbook Layout

OMG! Welcome back for some rainbow foil goodness.  I absolutely love this rainbow foiled paper from a Recollections paper pack from Michael's along with a matching sticker book used for the die cuts.

The Minnie Mouse shaped cut file is from Paige Evans and I cut it on black card stock and backed the flowers with rainbow patterned paper from the same paper pad.

The photo is from Valentina's 2nd birthday party which was Minnie mouse themed.  She is with my sister in the photo.

The rainbow die cuts are all from the Rainbow sticker book available at Michaels as well.  The flower acetate piece is from an Amy Tangerine collection.  I finished the layout with flat epoxy flair from Scrappin Happy Studio.

My title is from a Thicker collection called Honey which is from a Vicki Boutin line.  I simply love how the rainbow theme flows through out this layout.  My process video is linked below to view.  Thank you for stopping by.

Family// Scrapbook Layout

Hello scrappy ladies!  Welcome back to my little corner of the internet.  Sorry I have been missing.  I am officially a full time working mom to an almost 2 year old and life is busy.  I'm sure many can relate to me.  Finding time to scrap these days is hard.  After work, I try to take Valentina to the park to release some energy, I cook when we get home, then its bath time, story time and bed time.  Afterwards, I shower the day away and veg out for an hour before I'm sleeping.  Then on the weekends, its filled with park, museums, birthday parties, family gatherings, swimming and chores.  So my scrapping is minimal lately due to time.

But, I was able to get some time this weekend to do this lovely layout.  Love how it turned out using a cut file from Paige Evans and sequins from Spiegelmom Scraps.

I cut the file on a rose colored solid card stock from my stash and found sequins from Spiegelmom Scraps that matched accordingly.  I love all the details this cut file provides.  I detailed the cut file with the sequins.  This part took some time,  please do not rush this part.  The payoff is worth it.

I am scrapping a photo of my family at a wedding we attending in Chicago.  It was first time there and I am in love with Chicago.  Valentina was one of the flower girls in the wedding.  She was nine months at the time.

To embellish the rest of the layout, I turned to my collection of florals from Maggie Holmes that live on my desk.

For more detail to my layout, I added Nuvo gel dots in gold, raspberry and iridescent glitter.  These added details allow to see all the details of the cut file.

For my title, I simply choose 'Family' in a gold metallic finish beside my photo.  Love how this layout turned out.
